SCAMMER RAUNO SAMMEL

This guy is a scammer, he tricks people to steal money from them. His name is Rauno Sammel, he is 30 years old and from Estonia. He will pretend to need money for an emergency and promises to pay it back within some days, but instead he steals it and disappears. One of his favourite scams is that all his belongings have been stolen, but he will adapt to any kind of situation to get money from people. He is very good at getting people to trust him and will sometimes spend considerable amount of time with them to gain their trust. He is moving from place to place scamming and stealing, the past months he has been in the Netherlands, France and Spain. He often operates where there are a lot of travellers, like hostels and train stations. Please do never give him money, everything he says is a lie, this man makes a living by ripping people off.
